Volunteers are essential to everything we do.
Whether you have years of equine experience or simply a warm heart and passion for serving individuals with disabilities, there is a rewarding role waiting for you at Random Canyon.
- Assist in Therapy Sessions: Walk alongside riders to offer physical stability, encouragement, and safety.
- Barn & Horse Care: Help with grooming, tacking, feeding, and facility maintenance.
- Service Hours: Gain certified community service, internship, or school volunteer hours.
- Direct Impact: Witness personal growth, breakthroughs, and joyful smiles in every session.
Volunteer Opportunities
Side Walker
Walk alongside riders during lessons, providing physical balance, emotional reassurance, and assisting instructor exercises.
Horse Leader
Lead our calm therapy horses through arenas and obstacle courses under the instruction of the lesson leader.
Barn & Facility Helper
Assist with grooming, tacking, barn upkeep, sensory trail maintenance, and special community events.
